The scaffolding for the restoration team from Hare & Humphreys is finally up with work due to start in the next couple of weeks.
We are sorry, but the chancel is off limits until the work is done and the scaffolding removed. We have put chairs across the chancel entrance and notices to prevent access, but if you visit the church, please be aware that you won't be able to enter the chancel.
Work will continue through the summer, with a celebration day planned for the end of September when the restoration should be complete!
